This framework agreement concerns all the services of studies and controls, falling within the exercise of the role of the supervisor for works related to the road infrastructure works of the department of Essonne. The services will cover roads, public transport sites, cycle paths, in urban areas or in the open countryside, for projects with an estimated cost of less than EUR 4 million excluding VAT. The buyer may entrust the holder with partial (one or more mission elements) or total project management missions (all mission elements), governed by book IV of the second part of the Public Order Code relating to the provisions specific to public contracts related to public project management and private project management.
