Procurement of a framework agreement for winter operations on municipal roads, divided into 14 areas: • Snow clearing • Gritting • Milling • Inspections inspections by requests from the Contracting Authority. The contracting authority is not obliged to procure a specific amount of services in the contract period. Every areae is to consider a sub-contract. Tenderers may well submit a tender for one or several areas. Tenderers shall state in Annex 1 "A tender letter", which applies.
