1. The subject of the contract is the modernization of the Early Warning and Alarm System on the buildings of 10 schools. The subject-matter of the contract covers the following scope of work: a) Execution of the integrity test of the delivered devices with the Early Warning and Alarm System in Poznań, b) Execution of the design of the electric power supply circuit of the delivered alarm sirens, c) Supply of 10 sets of alarm sirens - loudspeaker sets and control blocks, d) Supply of 10 sets of backup power, e) Supply of 10 digital radios TDMA, f) Installation and configuration of the delivered devices on the buildings of 10 schools, g) Execution of the electrical power supply of the installed alarm sirens in accordance with the design, h) Configuration of the DigitexWAVE system - inclusion of the delivered alarm sirens into the Early Warning and Alarm System of the City of Poznań, i) Conducting tests confirming the fulfillment of the functional requirements of the installed alarm sirens, j) Performing post-execution measurements of electrical power supply circuits of alarm sirens, k) Execution of post-execution documentation. 2) The Ordering Party requires the provision of a minimum of 36 months warranty period for the entire subject of the contract. 3) A detailed description of the conditions for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the model contract, constituting Annex No 11 to the FTZ, and in the annexes to the contract, in particular Annex No 1 to the contract — Description of the subject-matter of the contract. 2. 1) In order to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements set out in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to the contract, the Ordering Party requires the following to be submitted with the offer: a) List of basic equipment and devices offered, constituting Annex 2 to the contract, b) Technical documentation confirming the parameters of the equipment and devices offered by the Contractor, indicated in the List of basic equipment and devices offered, referred to in point (a). 2) The Ordering Party does not provide for a request to submit or supplement the evidence referred to in point III. 2. 1) point (a) of the FTZ, if the Contractor fails to submit them or if the evidence in question is incomplete. 3) If the Contractor fails to submit the evidence referred to in point III. 2. 1) point (b) of the FTZ or the submitted evidence will be incomplete, the Contracting Authority will call for their submission or completion within the prescribed time limit. 3.
