Description

Framework agreement for the supply of food for a period of 12 months - is divided into 27 lots and the quantities related to the framework agreement are detailed in the specifications. Subsequent contracts will be awarded every six months, depending on the needs and budget allocation for this purpose. The minimum and maximum quantities relating to a subsequent contract are set out in the tender specifications. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting authority shall set a single deadline within which it shall respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification must be submitted to SEAP.
