The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (Contractor (AG)) intends to award partial services of infrastructural building management in the form of security services (SDL) for the specified properties to an external service provider (Contractor (AN)). The employee shall provide the following services: • Basic service: o Property management, o Stationary security service (gate service) o Mobile security service (controls and area service) o Alarm service/emergency call service control centre, • Demand service: o Property management, o Mobile security service (controls and area service) o Intervention service.
