Description

The procedure shall be carried out by: Henryk Sienkiewicz Primary School No 1 in Olecko, ul. Kosciuszko 20, 19-400 Olecko. NIP 847 158 60 73 e-mail address: sekretariat@sp1.olecko.edu.pl website: sp1olecko.edupage.org pursuant to Article 41 of the Public Procurement Law Act of 19 September 2019 (Journal of Laws 2024.1320, consolidated text). The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of food products. The contracting authority shall allow tenders to be submitted for one, several or all lots. The subject-matter of the contract covers the supply of 1) Part No 1 – Frozen Food and Frozen Fish – CPV: 15331100, 15220000, 2) Part No 2 – Fruit, vegetables and eggs – CPV: 15300000, 03142500, 3) Part No 3 – CPV meat and meat preparations: 15110000, 15111100 4) Part No 4 – Fresh poultry and CPV poultry products: 15112100, 15131500 5) Part No 5 – Dairy and CPV dairy products: 15550000, 6) Part No 6 – CPV bread and bakery wares: 15810000, 7) Part No 7 – CPV foodstuffs: 15800000. The products delivered will be fresh, wholesome, of good quality and will be delivered no later than midway through the shelf-life foreseen for the product. After the outcome of the procedure in question, the procurement contracts will be signed by each Contracting Authority separately, which means that the Contractor who submits the most advantageous offer for a given part will deliver products to all schools and kindergartens. The value of public procurement contracts will result from the needs of individual Schools and Kindergartens, which were specified in the tender form.
