Das Staatliche Bauamt München 2 plant den Neubau eines Forschungsgebäudes für das Zentrum für Digitale Medizin und Gesundheit (ZDMG) auf dem Gelände des Klinikums Rechts der Isar der Technischen Universität München. Gegenstand der Vergabeeinheit 25 E 0103 (ÜBE) sind im Wesentlichen folgende Leistungen: Baustellenversorgunganlagen (Baustrom, Bauheizung), die Baufeldumschließung und die Abfallbe-seitigung einschl. Vorhaltung und Betrieb. Wesentliche Leistungen: a. Baustromversorgungsanlagen und Baubeleuchtung inkl. Vorhaltung 24 Monate b. Bauzaun mit Tor ca. 330 m inkl. Vorhaltung 13 Monate c. Mobile Bauheizung ca. 400 kW Flüssiggas inkl. Vorhaltung 5 Monate d. Wertstoffhof zur fortlaufenden Beseitigung allg. Baustellenabfälle Vertragliche Fristen Beginn Planung / Arbeitsvorbereitung : 04.08.2025 Beginn Ausführung Baustelle: 01.10.2025 Ende Ausführung Baustelle: 27.09.2027
