Description

The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a public service concession contract, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 1411-1 et seq. of the CGCT and R. 1411-1 et seq. of the CGCT, and Article L. 1121-3 et seq. of Part Three of the Public Procurement Code. The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a public service concession contract, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 1411-1 et seq. of the CGCT and R. 1411-1 et seq. of the CGCT, as well as Article L. 1121-3 and Part Three of the Public Procurement Code. Under this contract, the concessionaire will be entrusted with the following tasks: • the design and construction of the crematorium and its equipment, including parking and landscaping; • the financing of all the studies and works necessary to carry out these works; • the maintenance, upkeep and management of all the works carried out, as well as the equipment in the service; • the operation of the public service, the equipment of which is the head office. The Contractor shall operate the service at its own risk. His remuneration will come from the operating revenues of the activities for which he will be responsible. The services and all the obligations of the delegatee will be the subject of a precise description in the documents of the file of consultation of the companies.
