The Oulu Facility Services business unit requests your offer to carry out annual LVISA renovation work on properties maintained by Oulu Facility Services, as well as HVISA technical work supporting maintenance and operation. The subject of the procurement is several different LVISA technical works commissioned annually by Oulun Tilapalvelut. The work will focus on eight geographical areas managed by eight different real estate managers under the responsibility of a real estate manager. Works are ordered as hourly work or light competitive tendering. Hourly work will follow the order of priority, in which case the work will be offered primarily to the 1st-placed supplier. In the lighter tendering procedure, the supplier who has given the lowest price is selected to carry out the work. More detailed information on ordering work is provided in the description of the work (Appendix 1). Tenders must be calculated in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The offer must include all the work required to complete the delivery. The price is offered as a unit price, which includes the work according to the invitation to tender. The duration of the contract is two (2) years. The intended starting point of the contract period is 1 January 2026, if the start of the contract period is delayed due to, for example, an appeal, the contract period begins only after a solution has been found. After a fixed-term contract period, it is possible to extend the contract by one (1) + one (1) option period year. The agreement will automatically continue for option periods if the subscriber does not separately notify his/her wish to waive the option periods at least six (6) months before the start of each option period. Option periods: the target start date for the first period is 1 January 2027 and the target start date for the second period is 1 January 2028. Details of the requirements are given in the description of the work (Appendix 1). The procurement complies with the general terms and conditions of the YSE 1998 Construction Contract. Tenders may not contain any conditions of their own. Four (4) most economically advantageous suppliers will be selected from the admissible tenders. The agreement can also be utilised by the City of Oulu's industries/commercial establishments with the same business ID, such as the Oulu Urban Environment Service and Oulun Vesi.
