SV-KWA-250603-002, Cybersecurity Platform
Stadtwerke München (SWM) is currently using Trend Micro's "Vision One" endpoint protection solution to support security operations in the Cyber Defense Center and equip endpoints with the necessary functions to detect and defend against potential cyber attacks. Not only the endpoints themselves are addressed, but also relevant information, such as identity information, vulnerability analyses, cloud workloads, threat intelligence and other security, as well as data and techniques relevant to the operational security business, are included. The platform thus offers an integrative approach to raise the security level of the very heterogeneous SWM infrastructure and make it transparent through a central holistic view. The project provides for the replacement or continuation of the existing environment, taking into account all functional and non-functional requirements. If a platform change has to be carried out, the migration should be taken into account within the planning. Possible interruptions must be reduced to a minimum. The AN should consider the following parameters in the offer as reference values for the environment: • 11,000 employees • 10800 clients • 2550 servers The AG already has licenses to use the MS Defender, these are taken into account in the offer evaluation in the context of an offer comparison if MS products are offered. The minimum requirements for the examination of tenders are: The cloud data must be located in the EU (at best in DE). Cloud operations must have received the C5 certification from the BSI.
