Description

The subject of the contract is: delivery and implementation of a disk array for the Central Cybercrime Office. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 1 to the tender form. The Contractor grants a minimum 5-year warranty, but not shorter than the manufacturer's warranty, the term of which is calculated from the date of delivery of the subject of the contract to the place referred to in §2 sec. 6 the agreement. The contracting authority shall provide for the sharing of advances. The provisions on advance payments are contained in §9 of the contract. Detailed requirements for the performance of the contract, including the exercise of the option right, are set out in the model contract constituting Annex 5 to the FTZ. All the requirements set out in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements and their fulfilment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the tender as non-compliant with the terms of the contract on the basis of Art. 1 point 5 of the PPL Act.
