This is a prior information notice. The contracting authority plans to announce an open tender contest for various surgical products to the health authorities in Helse Vest in March 2025.Vi hereby invites potential tenderers to provide feedback on the provisional tender documentation. Questions or input cannot be expected to be answered. We particularly want feedback if there are minimum requirements that cannot be met. See the following documents: Annex 1 Price Form - Annex 2 Requirement Specifications - Annex 4 Contract Requirement Ethical Trade - Annex 8 Logistics Terms - Tender Documentation - Framework Agreement The deadline for submitting feedback is Friday 21 February, 12:00.It will be possible to provide feedback even after the deadline, but then we will not be able to review these before publication of the competition.
