Description

The purpose of this consultation is to: The institutional website of the City of Asnières-sur-Seine underwent its last graphic and functional redesign in 2023. Managed by a service provider placed in liquidation on March 27, 2025, it was the subject of an urgent consultation that resulted in the selection of two service providers to organize the takeover of the site, its optimization (updates, security, accessibility, bug fixes), as well as the hosting and maintenance of the CMS TYPO3 for a period of one year. During this transitional period, the managing provider and the application provider TYPO3 have restored a functional and fully accessible version of the site, focused on its security and its compliance with the standards and legal obligations of the community. The site thus has a solid base and does not require urgent intervention. The community is also covered by an ELTS warranty extension of its current version of TYPO3 until October 2026. The purpose of this contract is to appoint two new service providers responsible, on the one hand, for the TYPO3 application maintenance of the site and, on the other hand, for hosting and managing the server.
