This public procurement contract includes activities with sites ‘supply’ and ‘service’ within the meaning of Article 3(1)(2) and (3) of the PPA and, in accordance with Article 11(1) of the PPA and taking into account the main activities characterising the subject matter of the contract, its award is in accordance with the procedure for site ‘supply’.
