PL-Bydgoszcz: miscellaneous health services
The contract concerns: provision of medical services involving the examination of persons detained by the Police for the purposes of Bydgoszcz Municipal Police Headquarters, Chełmno District Headquarters and Lipnie District Police Headquarters. The subject-matter of the contract must be performed in accordance with the provisions of: Regulation of the Minister for the Interior and Administration of 21 June 2002 on medical examinations of persons detained by the Police (Journal Journal of Laws No 97, item 880), Regulation of the Minister for Health and Social Welfare of 6.5.1983 in the conditions and method of testing for the alcoholic strength of the restriction (Journal of Laws No 25, item 117) and in the Regulation of the Minister for Health of 21 December 2006 on the types and scope of medical records in healthcare institutions and the way in which they are processed (Journal of Laws No 247, item 1819, as amended). The subject-matter of the contract covers the provision of medical services 24/7 for detainees brought by officers, provided that they are provided regardless of the day of the week. The Contractor undertakes to provide the following medical services to persons maintained by the Contracting Officers:
(1) conducting a medical examination of a detained person meeting the conditions set out in paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the Minister for the Interior and Administration of 21 June 2002 on medical examinations of persons detained by the Police (Journal of Laws No 97, item 880) and intended to be placed in the detainees’ room, the issuing of a medical certificate stating the absence or existence of medical contraindications for the detained person to be present in the detainees’ accommodation, together with a justification, and the provision of a medical prescription once,
(2) taking blood (without a prophylactic examination) from the detained person and compiling a blood donation protocol. The package for the collection of blood samples will be provided by the Contracting Authority in each case by means of a printout of the report.
