The subject matter of the contract includes the supply of heat and hot water to the following MIR sites located in Sofia: - an administrative building located at 21 6th September Street, which is provided for the needs of DG EFC, and - parts (basement and ground floor) of the administrative building located at 12 Knyaz Alexander I Street, which are provided for the needs of the rest of the MIR administration (excluding DG EFC). The regional structures of DG EFC in the country, namely the sectors in the cities of Burgas and Varna, as well as the outsourced offices to them located in the cities of Veliko Tarnovo, Ruse and Plovdiv, are outside the scope of the contract, as in some of these cities there is no central heating supply and the heating in the premises used by these structures is carried out with air conditioners.
