In accordance with the company’s strategy of Compania Municipala Management of Traveller, Bucuresti S.A. as regards the modernisation of some existing junctions, namely the semaforisation of new junctions, it is necessary to purchase traffic lights and signs and other related metal assemblies by concluding a 2-year framework agreement and concluding subsequent contracts as necessary. Number of days by which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders/applications: 12. The reply to requests for clarification made within the above deadline will be sent by the contracting authority on the 10th day before the closing date for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will send ANAP the proposal for a consolidated reply to requests for clarifications/additional information 4 days before the deadline for reply set out in the contract notice.
