1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law Act (Dz. Journal of Laws 2024, item 266, as amended), hereinafter referred to as ‘the Energy Law’, for the benefit of judicial units, common organisational units of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, correctional institutions, shelters for minors, district educational centres, the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution and the Purchasing Centre for the Judiciary, the Budgetary Economy Institution. 2. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted for one, several or all lots. The subject-matter of the contract is divided into the following lots: Part 1 - supply of electricity to Units from the area of Wrocław, Kraków and Katowice appeals. Part 2 - supply of electricity to Units from the area of the Warsaw and Lublin appeals. Part 3 - supply of electricity to Units from the area of Poznań and Szczecin appeals. Part 4 - supply of electricity to Units from the area of Bialystok and Rzeszów appeals. Part 5 - supply of electricity to Units from the area of Gdańsk and Łódź appeals. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, including the size and scope of the contract, is attached as Annex 5.1-5.5 to the SWZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract. 3. The list of Entities for which proceedings are being conducted is set out in Annex 8.1-8.5 to the SWZ. 4. The subject of the contract will be implemented not earlier than on the date of effective termination or expiry of existing contracts for the sale of electricity or comprehensive service contracts concluded with the previous seller by individual Units. At the date of commencement of the supply of electricity, the Contractor must have General Distribution Agreements concluded with all Distribution System Operators on whose territory the Units are located and to whose networks they are connected, in accordance with the part of the contract for which he submits an offer.
