Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup z dostawą i montażem foteli biurowych ergonomicznych na potrzeby Izby Administracji Skarbowej w Warszawie oraz jej poszczególnych jednostek (transport wraz z wniesieniem i ustawieniem we wskazanych miejscach zgodnie z „rozdzielnikiem punktów dostawy”, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 4 do umowy. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zakres i warunki jego realizacji został określony w: 1) opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, który stanowić będzie Załącznik nr 1 do umowy; 2) projektowanych postanowieniach umowy – wzorze umowy, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
