Description

The subject-matter of the public contract is the provision of management activities of 128.6 (part A 35.8, part B 36.7, part C 56,1) hectares of public green areas in Prague 10. An overview of the areas of public green space in the territory of Prague 10 is given in Annexes 5a, 5b and 5c to this tender specifications.
The activities carried out are part of regular year-round maintenance, in particular the maintenance of grassy and paved areas of public green space, cleaning of defined areas, maintenance of furniture on the surfaces and other related activities. The maintenance of public green areas is based, in particular, on the provisions of ČSN EN 9011 – Land work, ČSN EN 9021 – Plants and their planting, ČSN EN 9031 – Development and maintenance of growing areas and the management of public green areas, it is necessary to comply with the provisions of these regulations.
The maintenance and management of public green spaces depends on the season.
