Description

This contract is a framework agreement on order forms for the purchase of maintenance and hygiene products and small cleaning equipment. There are 10 lots concluded with effect from 22.7.2017 for an initial period of 12 months. This framework agreement may be expressly renewed once.
The maximum annual value of each lot shall be fixed, for each envisaged period, as follows:
Lot 1 ‘Back bags’: EUR 5 000 EXCLUDING TAX.
Lot 2: ‘General drugstore: brushes, rags, washing machines, small items of equipment, hand protection’: EUR 6 000 EXCLUDING TAX.
Lot 3: ‘HACCP specific products’: EUR 9 000 EXCLUDING TAX.
Lot 4: “Paper and distributors”: EUR 33 000 EXCLUDING TAX.
Lot 5: ‘Single-use products: handkerchiefs, table towels, toilet gloves...’: EUR 10 000 EXCLUDING TAX.
Lot 6: ‘Common products (sanitary, surfaces, floors, hand washing and hygiene)’: EUR 16 000 EXCLUDING TAX.
Lot 7: “Dishwashing products”: EUR 7 000 EXCLUDING TAX.
