The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of poultry, red meat, animal fats, red meat sausages and poultry sausages in 2026 to 41. School Aviation Base in Dęblin. Deliveries must be carried out in accordance with the standards and assortment, quantities and all requirements set out in Chapter II. IV FTZ and in accordance with the quality requirements set out in the ‘Minimum quality requirements’ constituting the ‘Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract’ for each task – Annexes 2a, 2b, 2c to the FTZ. 2. The terms and conditions for the performance of this contract are also set out in the ‘draft provisions of the public procurement contract to be inserted in the public procurement contract’ for the individual tasks set out in Annex I to this Regulation. No. 5 to SWZ 3. The subject-matter of the contract covers the following three lots: Task I: Successive delivery of poultry; Task II: Successive delivery of red meat, animal fats; Task III: Successive deliveries of red meat and poultry meat The contracting authority accepts the possibility of submitting partial tenders, by which it understands that the contractor may submit a tender for the full material scope of 1 or 2 or 3 parts of the contract. The contracting authority does not limit the number of lots that can be awarded to one contractor - the maximum number of lots that can be awarded to one contractor is 3. Deliveries of goods will be carried out successively on the basis of orders placed during the term of the contract within 12 months from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from 01.01.2026 or until the total gross value of the contract has been exhausted earlier - the basic order and the right of option depending on which event occurs first.
