Description

For the replacement of illness, the Dutch Health Care Institute is looking for a Front Office for the Recruitment, Registration and Response of Questions between 2 January 2024 and 1 July 2024 for an average of 32 hours per week. Subsequently, an option was extended in consultation up to 1 July 2025. The Health Care Institute regularly receives enquiries from citizens, healthcare providers, health insurers, manufacturers and public authorities. You answer questions about the Health Care Insurance Act and the insured package, quality, I standards and medicine costs. These are general questions such as how the basic package is created and the role of the Health Care Institute. But also specific questions in relation to opinions and opinions issued by the Health Care Institute. You will answer the questions by telephone or by e-mail. To answer questions, you will work with other teams within the Dutch Health Care Institute.
