The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: ‘Management, running and maintenance of the Municipal Market in Świdnik’ in the period from 1 April 2025 to 30 June 2025. The Administrator undertakes to ensure the proper functioning of the Municipal Market located in Świdnik, in accordance with the applicable legal status and purpose. The duties of the Administrator include: 1. day-to-day administration and operation of the Marketplace, conducting periodic inspections of buildings, structures and other equipment and installations located therein; 2. Carrying out proper operation of the photovoltaic installation and carrying out appropriate inspections, measurements and tests and determining their time periods in such a way as to maintain the continuity and efficiency of the operation of the photovoltaic installation; 3. Execution of activities and obligations provided for in the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 and implementing regulations related to the management of the Marketplace; 4. Taking all actions in accordance with applicable regulations, including those regulated by the Public Procurement Law, the Civil Code and the Labour Code, aimed at ensuring the proper functioning of the facility; 5. Taking all measures to ensure safety and health protection in the Marketplace in connection with situations unforeseeable at the date of conclusion of this Agreement, caused by higher forces, including infectious diseases, epidemics, warfare; 6. Displaying and enforcing compliance with the provisions of the Regulations of the Municipal Market adopted by the Resolution of the City Council of Świdnik; 7. Ensuring the operation of the facility during the hours specified above. the Rules of Procedure; 8. Ensuring the safety of use and proper operation of the Marketplace, buildings, trade stands, devices and installations, including photovoltaic installations; 9. Ensuring the ongoing maintenance of order and cleanliness in the Marketplace and in the area where trade is conducted on Saturdays; 10. Performing ongoing repairs and maintenance works of buildings, structures and other devices and installations located on the Marketplace, necessary for their proper functioning; 11. Ensuring the proper functioning of the public toilet at the Marketplace; 12. Ensure the removal of failures and consequences of failures occurring in the area of the Fair; 13. Maintaining, maintaining and operating the fountain; 14. Care and maintenance of greenery; 15. Management of commercial pavilions located at the Marketplace; 16. the organisation of trade on Saturdays; 17. Ensuring that stakeholders are able to use places to trade; 18. Concluding, on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party, lease agreements for commercial pavilions and commercial stands located in the Marketplace as well as reservation agreements;19. Issuing invoices in the name and on behalf of the Ordering Party regarding receivables; 20. Ensuring the supply of utilities and concluding appropriate contracts in this regard, including for the supply of electricity, water, sewage disposal; 21. Providing the necessary services for the proper functioning of the Marketplace and conclusion of appropriate agreements in this respect, including, among others, for the export of solid waste in accordance with applicable law, with a frequency tailored to the needs, Internet delivery, others.
