The subject-matter of the contract is: ‘Together against climate risks – retrofitting of Voluntary Fire Brigades in Głubczyce County – Purchase and supply of a brand new heavy-duty rescue and firefighting car with equipment for the Grobniki TSO unit’. The task is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Opole 2021-2027 (FEO 2021-2027) Measure 2.3. Preventing the risks of climate change. The scope of the contract includes: - purchase and delivery of a brand new heavy rescue and firefighting car with equipment for the TSO Grobniki unit in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, a description of the contracting authority's requirements for implementation and acceptance, shall specify: - description of the subject-matter of the contract - Annex 9 to the FTZ, - draft provisions of the contract - Annex 8 to the FTZ.
