The subject of this public contract is the supply of selected components for the fulfilment of the contracting authority’s objectives, whereas this tender documentation regulates the supply of selected components only for the Pilsen Region – i.e. for the regional training centres of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic – of the regional branch in Pilsen. On the basis of the principles of creation, implementation, sustainability and permanence of the existence of (regional) educational centres, it is necessary to purchase adequate, modern and technical (computer) equipment, but not in the specification for routine and administrative activities, but on the contrary for interactive and online interconnection, for adequate work e.g. with graphic programs and for adequate (not technologically cutting-edge, but proportionally adequate) hardware equipment, thanks to which the contracting authority will be able to provide and secure adequate services, e.g. for the continuous transmission of audiovisual communication to the end user, the processing and production of spots, video programs and their broadcasting, including editing. The contracting authority will launch a total of 14 procurement procedures for individual regional branches of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic, each of which is divided into additional parts according to the categories of components. The main objective of the contracting authority is to ensure mutual technical compatibility of the same categories of components between all regional training centres across individual regions. This is related to the client's requirement for open source software of individual components for which such a solution is relevant. a) The subject of performance will also be comprehensive training in the range of 4 hours provided on a one-time basis at the place of performance. The contracting authority shall require that the content of the training be, in particular (note that the content of the training may vary depending on the part of the contract for which the contractor submits a tender): - working with cameras, sound technology, recording and online transmissions. - managing the videoconferencing system - switching shots, managing microphones and involving participants. - WiFi network administration - SSID management, VLAN, access control, QoS. - Diagnosing and solving common problems - troubleshooting, restarting systems, managing user accounts. - delivery of manuals in the Czech language - each trainee will receive detailed user manuals for all installed devices in the Czech language. The manuals will include: o a detailed description of the functions and operation of the systems, procedures for basic maintenance and troubleshooting, technical documentation and support contacts. b) The contracting authority requires the selected suppliers of the individual parts of the public contract to ensure the complete installation and commissioning of the technological equipment, including SW interconnection of all 76 training centres, i.e. 14 regional training centres and 62 district centres (IPVS). The contractor shall ensure the complete assembly and interconnection of all components in accordance with the contracting entity's methodology, ensuring full compatibility of all equipment and its adequate functionality for education, training and retraining purposes. The specific installation requirements of the contracting authority are as follows: - Equipment for interactive education, online transmissions and hybrid forms of teaching, enabling the interconnection of educational centres, - Videoconferencing system - including 360° cameras, spatial microphones and sound technology, - WiFi router with 5G support - ensuring high-quality connectivity with at least WiFi 6 (AX1800) and 1x GbE WAN/LAN port, - Facilitation cabling - interconnection of all devices, including the organization and fixing of cables, - Interactive audiovisual interconnection between educational centres - online transmission of training, recording and sharing of educational materials. (c) The subject of performance for the relevant parts according to the minimum requirements of the technical specification will also be the installation of installation cabling and network infrastructure to the extent required for individual products. Installation of installation cabling should include in particular: - supply and installation of cabling for all equipment, - connection of all network elements to the electricity network and data infrastructure, - arrangement and attachment of cables, including installation of cable organisers and rails, - testing and checking of interconnection, - provision of documentation of the actual state, including at least: o list and types of wiring used (type, length, number of pieces, wiring specifications). o map and diagram of the connection of the device with the indication of cable routes. o configuration data to the network infrastructure. o handover protocol confirming the correctness of the installation.
