WZC Meulenbroek consists of 164 residential properties of which 5 short stays consisting of 4 nursing departments. In accordance with the Public Procurement Act, following the procedure does not entail any obligation to award the contract. The contracting authority may either refrain from awarding the contract or restart the procedure, if necessary by other means. Duration of the assignment The assignment runs over a period of 6 years, with the expected starting date 14 February 2026. This starting date is subject to change and will only be confirmed definitively in the closing letter sent after the award. As soon as the maximum value of this contract is reached, the contract will be terminated for exceeding this maximum value, regardless of whether the duration has already been reached or not. The Board may unilaterally terminate the current contract by sending a registered letter to the supplier no later than two months before the annual due date.
