The tenderer shall submit only one tender and no variants may be submitted. Tenders may be submitted: - for the entire procedure, the participation in the procurement is complex and the participants should cover all the nomenclature units contained in the technical specifications. Non-tendering of any of the nomenclature units in the public procurement shall be grounds for exclusion of the tenderer from the procedure. The contract will be concluded for a period of 24 /twenty four/ months from the award of the contract, in case of periodic deliveries, upon written request, depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority. Period of validity of tenders: 120 calendar days from the closing date for submission of tenders. Delivery time: The delivery period is on the proposal of the participant in calendar days, but may not be longer than 2 days, and if necessary up to 3 / three / hours from the receipt of a written request of the Contracting Authority.
