Description

1) The subject of this contract is the provision of management services in the recovery process (in accordance with Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012) by the Contractor of components for the production of RDF – waste with codes 19 12 12 and 19 12 04, in an estimated total amount of 1500 Mg, i.e. the energy fraction of waste resulting from the sorting of municipal waste, together with the service of their successive collection / transport from the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant "Orli Staw" to the place of their disposal, in accordance with generally applicable law and decisions held by the Contractor. 2) The Ordering Party estimates that waste with code 19 12 04 will be about 40 Mg, the remaining part will be waste with code 19 12 12. The contracting authority points out that the above-mentioned amount of waste 19 12 04 is estimated and may be reduced, but the total amount of waste under codes 19 12 12 and 19 12 04 may not exceed 1500 Mg. 3) Expected order completion date: up to 3 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 4) The Ordering Party informs that, together with the Invitation to Negotiation, it sent the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the Invitation to Negotiation, which remain unchanged in relation to the contract concluded as a result of the procedure carried out for the basic contract.
