Description

The Central Uusimaa Welfare Region (later also the Subscriber) has requested an offer for archiving old data in Pro Consona systems in a format defined by Kela for the national archiving service. For data that cannot be archived in Kela’s old data archive, the Customer has required archiving in the Customer’s own archiving solution. The invitation to tender allowed the submission of alternative tenders. The list and a more detailed description of the options allowed by the contracting entity were available in Annex 1 to the invitation to tender, description of the subject matter of the procurement under Alternative options. A more detailed description of the services to be procured could be found in Appendix 1 of the invitation to tender, subject matter of the procurement. The terms and conditions applicable to the procurement were described in the draft contract in Annex 2.
