Architects’ and engineers’ services for technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 – Installation group 6 Conveyor systems – Lifts – Performance phase 1‐9 The individual projects are usually commissioned in the following project stages or in parts thereof: 1st stage: Stage 1-7 of the HOAI and pro rata basic and special services 2nd stage: Performance phase 8 of the HOAI as well as pro rata basic and special services 3rd stage: Service phase 9 of the HOAI as well as pro-rata basic and special services (including monitoring the rectification of defects within the limitation period) Possible additional services required (optional): ¬ Participation in the modernisation announcement and billing ¬ Preparation of a risk assessment per lift according to BetrSichV As part of the construction plan valid in the current year, individual lift systems in a large number of buildings are to be repaired, whereby both complete renovations as well as partial renovations or repairs of lifts are planned. 25 individual measures are expected per construction plan year. The selection of the framework contractors (number 2-3) will be based on the evaluation of the fee offers. As far as possible, the distribution of the individual projects after the award of the contract to the framework contract partners will take place evenly among all framework contract partners with the emergence of the respective needs.
