It is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of articles L2324-1, L2324-3, R2324-1, R2324-3, R2361-1, R2361-8 to R2361-12 of the Public Order Code (CCP). Pursuant to Articles L2325-1 1°, R2362-1 to R2362-8 of the CCP, it is a framework agreement giving rise to the award of subsequent contracts and order forms. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* Its validity period is 5 years. The maximum amount indicated in items 2 and 5 below is duty-free. *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** The objectives of the operation are to ensure the sustainability of these facilities by carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance operations and to have a stock of strategic spare parts necessary to carry out maintenance operations in order to reduce plant downtime. - The Ex1 installation consists of 4 Sulzer compressors with a unit capacity of 8.2 MW used only for extracting air from engine test benches. For the EX1 unit, these maintenance operations include the refurbishment of a compressor stators, the maintenance of a shaft line multiplier, the refurbishment of shaft line stator blade control cylinders, the maintenance of a shaft line viror reducer, the overhaul of the lubrication circuit, the refurbishment of a rotor, the refurbishment of the stator and rotor blades. - The BBO is a process air conditioning facility from manufacturer Brown Bovery. It consists of 2 independent rotating sets, electrically powered by identical motors of the manufacturer Oerlikon with a power of 7 Mw. For the BBO unit, the draft framework agreement provides for the maintenance of the lubrication and control circuit. - The Fast unit is an installation consisting in particular of a 3-stage gec alstom centrifugal compressor with a power of 5, 4 Mw which makes it possible to provide servitude air to the various altitude simulation benches. For the FAST unit, maintenance operations include the maintenance of the multiplier and the maintenance of the compressor. - The sofrair unit consists of a 4-stage centrifugal compressor driven by a SIEMENS electric motor with a power of 5.2 Mw. For the Sofrair unit, the major visit to the installation will have to be carried out. - The BP facility consisting of two twin units called BU1 and BU2. For the BP installation, the draft framework agreement provides for .... The draft framework agreement also includes the supply of spare parts for the five installations. These will include the following categories: - parts for rotor aubage, - parts for statoric and rotoric blades, - parts for blade control cylinders, - parts for multipliers, vireurs, lubrication circuit - specific tools. Finally, the draft framework agreement includes services and supplies outside the schedule which will be the subject of subsequent contracts. These services include, in particular, corrective maintenance operations, the overhaul and inspection of spare parts within the perimeter or specific retro-design interventions for components within the perimeter.
