The Contractor is obliged to submit a tender, the content of which will allow the Contracting Authority to verify the tender in terms of its compliance with the content of the SWZ. The content of the Contractor’s tender must correspond to the content of the tender specifications. Thus, the Contractor is obliged to unambiguously define the offered assortment in Annexes 2/I 2/X to the Assortment and Pricing Form, respectively, characterizing them by appropriate indication of the trade name of the product offered that meets the requirements of the Ordering Party and, in the case of offering equivalent medicinal products, the name of the medical device. The Ordering Party requires the delivery of brand new, complete, free from defects and corresponding to the quality and technical standards resulting from its function and purpose, as well as all standards and regulations generally applicable. The subject matter of the contract was specified in detail in the assortment and price form constituting Annex 2/I, 2/II, 2/III, 2/IV, 2/V, 2/VI, 2/VII, 2/VIII, 2/IX, 2/X to the SWZ.
