Negotiated in accordance with Articles 90 and 30-i-6o of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement (following a restricted project management competition).
Project management contract for the construction and rehabilitation of EHPAD Bethanie.
The operation involves the construction of 45 rooms and a preparation kitchen and the restructuring of part of the EHPAD to host a PASA, the animation rooms.
