Arendal municipality and Grimstad municipality shall enter into separate contracts for: Bank services - main bank agreements for the period 01.11.2025 - 31.10.2029. The contracting authority is Arendal municipality (sub-contract no. 1), and Grimstad municipality (sub-contract no. 2), for more information about the municipality, please refer to their website. The competition will be held as a negotiated procedure with a two stage procedure with qualification in accordance with FOA part III. New notice information: The notice for the new main bank agreement was first published in March 2025, with an application deadline set for 22.04.2025. An application was received only by the deadline from one tenderer for participation, and the competition was therefore cancelled due to a lack of competition.
