LHM Services GmbH (LHM-S) is an independent subsidiary (100% subsidiary) of the state capital Munich (LHM). The LHM-S requires fleet vehicles for its employees for official journeys, in particular for journeys between its headquarters and educational institutions. The LHM-S also allows its non-tariff employees to use a business car. The vehicles of this fleet are to be procured by the lessor under a framework leasing agreement.
