Description

The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of transport and subsequent recovery, or disposal of waste listed in Annex 3 to the ZP, including the provision of containers and collection containers for use. The subject of performance of the Contractor also includes the fulfilment of registration and information obligations and the provision of waste data for continuous registration pursuant to the provisions of Section 94 of the Waste Act and data on annual production and waste management for the past calendar year by 31 December at the latest. 1st calendar year in accordance with the provisions of Section 95 of the Waste Act.
