Description

‘Procurement of machinery’ Part 1: Acquisition of tracked heavy fibre – Part 2: Purchase of excavators Contracting authority for the 321/2015. Pursuant to Section 46 of Government Decree No 487/2015 (X.30.), where reference is made to the product specified in the procurement documents, this was done in order to clearly define the nature of the product, because a sufficiently precise and intelligible description of the subject-matter of the contract cannot be provided by circumscribing it. However, the tenderer may include in its tender any other product which complies with and is equivalent to the specified requirement. The contracting authority clarifies that the term ‘or equivalent’ is used in Article 321/2015. It is included because of the order of the Government.
