Description

The purpose of this call for tenders is to conclude a framework agreement with a contractor for the purchase of IT hardware, PC systems, notebooks and monitors for the administration and schools of the city of Esslingen. The client reserves the right to purchase individual devices with a configuration different from that in the service sheets. The framework agreement is concluded with a basic term of 24 months and a two-time optional extension of 12 months each. The management equipment to be procured under the framework agreement, including warranty, maintenance and servicing services, will be financed by leasing under an existing leasing framework contract. For this purpose, the contracting authority assigns the purchase right to be acquired with this call for tenders to a lessor.
