Description

Khonraad is a software system that provides support in managing workflows and processes used in the application of the WVGGZ. This includes streamlining procedures for planning assessments, drawing up care plans and following legal procedures. In addition, the program facilitates communication between involved parties. In accordance with the legal requirements, the current solution supports (healthcare) professionals in making decisions. These professionals are enabled, among other things, to view medical statements via the current solution, to request healthcare histories from the Public Prosecution Service, to ‘hear’ those involved, to view policy advice and, if desired, to record telephone consultations with the explanatory doctor and/or police. After decisions have been taken and registered, the current solution automatically informs all relevant chain parties. Support for the implementation of statutory tasks for the Compulsory GGZ Act and the Care and Coercion Act.
