Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa szwów syntetycznych na potrzeby Wielospecjalistycznego Szpitala Samodzielnego Publicznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej w Nowej Soli.
2. Zamawiający podzielił przedmiot zamówienia na 7 części, zwanych pakietami, z możliwością składania ofert częściowych na poszczególne pakiety. Każdemu z wykonawców przysługuje możliwość złożenia oferty na dowolną ilość wybranych przez siebie pakietów. Oferta na wybrane i oferowane przez Wykonawcę pakiety musi posiadać pełny asortyment.
3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
