Description

(1) The subject matter of the contract is the collection and management of the entire mass of municipal waste generated, whether mixed or collected in a selective manner, generated and collected from properties resident within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Radajowice, irrespective of weather conditions, in such a way as to ensure that adequate recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery levels are achieved by other means and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced.
(2) A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the Specifications of Essential Contract Conditions (SIWZ) and its annexes.
