Qualification system for insurers (excluding RC Operations)
The subject of the proceedings is the classification of insurers specialising in covering the following risks of the contracting authority: 1. Staff accidents at work; 2. Material damage to cogeneration plants; 3. Civil liability and material damage to its commercial vehicle fleet; 4. legal and defence costs in the event of a dispute relating to the road caused by its commercial vehicles and those of members of staff authorised to drive them; 5. “Cyber Risk” incurred both as regards its own damages and liability and extensions of use (cyber theft, hacking, etc.) 6. "All risks except" incurred by the assets of the contracting authority (administrative buildings and their contents, data center, technical buildings and their contents, technical installations electricity and gas). Four of the above-mentioned insurances expire on 31/12/2027, with the exception of ‘Cyber Risk’ insurance, which expires on 31/07/2027, and ‘All risks except’ insurance, which is renewable until 31/12/2032.
