Description

The construction is part of a major renovation project for laboratory facilities at the University of Southern Denmark. Modernisation of the Institute for Physics and Chemistry is envisaged in 5 stages. This call for tenders concerns only stage Ø2. The subsequent stages will be put forward at a later stage.
Stage Ø2 comprises approximately 2 100 m² divided into basement, steer and first floor. The construction was built in 1971 and has been partially renovated, but all the techniques and installations are original. The modernisation includes the refurbishment of 13 laboratories with furniture, fume cabinets and all related installations. The building roof insulation and roof cladding shall be replaced.
