Description

Production and (re) broadcasting on the Terrotoire du Nord Pas de Calais of a series of television programmes under a cross-border collaboration contract carried out under the Interreg IV France-Vlaanderen-Wallonie programme under the heading ‘Euregio-TV’, more specifically the reports for the French part.
The reports are part of a TV magazine about cross-border news in the southern region of West Flanders, East Flanders, Hainaut and the Nord pas de Calais region.
The magazine contains topics provided by the 3 project partners and therefore relates in a balanced way to the Flemish, Hennuyer and Northern French territories.
The magazine should become a single integrated programme dealing with the news of the 3 regions concerned. Attention: this invitation to tender relates only to reports to be carried out on the French side.
Information about the magazine as a whole:
— A total of 72 broadcasts are to be produced and broadcast between May 2012 and December 2014,
— The magazine is distributed weekly, split between one block in spring and another block in the autumn,
— Each broadcast lasts between 25 and 27 minutes.
