Description

Renovation and restructuring of the IT networks of the City of Avignon. The contract consists of a single lot comprising two technical items. Item 1: Installation of network equipment (optical backbone, two server rooms, network access control, Wifi infrastructure, network administration and supervision tools, with the following options: redundancy of the Wifi controller, redundancy of the captive portal)). Item 2: Evolution of the City’s networks (location of site network distribution equipment, extension of the network). For Item 1 (installation of network equipment), the contract is all-inclusive and will be executed within two years of the date of notification of the contract. For Item 2 (evolution of the City’s networks), the contract is an order form contract (the framework agreement within the meaning of Community law is an order form contract) over a period of 4 years from the date of notification of the contract. Mini over the period: EUR 250 000 Ht/Maxi over the period: EUR 750 000 ht. The procedure chosen is as follows: Restricted call for tenders. This procedure is divided into 2 phases: a public invitation to tender, the purpose of which is to draw up a list of candidates admitted to tender; — consultation, the purpose of which is to select one or more tenders. Number of successful candidates: 6. The business consultation file will only be sent to successful candidates at the end of this application phase.
