Description

Acord-cadru de furnizare Uleiuri lubrifianți și agenți lubrifianți, cu un singur operator economic, cu o durată de 4 (patru) ani, conform specificațiilor din caietul de sarcini.
Răspunsul autorităţii contractante la toate solicitarile de clarificari/informatiile suplimentare primite in conformitate cu prevederile art. 161 din Legea 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, va fi transmis cu 10 zile înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
NOTA: Autoritatea contractantă nu este obligată să răspundă solicitărilor de clarificări/informațiilor suplimentare care nu au fost adresate în termenul stabilit la Secțiunea I.3 din Fișa de date a achiziției.
