Description

The object of the procurement is the expansion and renovation of the Malmi campus, which will be carried out as a project management contract at a target and ceiling price. The project will renovate the existing old school building and build an extension to it so that the new and old building will be functionally and technically integrated. In connection with the implementation, a poorly maintained gym building will be demolished from the site. The total gross area of the buildings is approximately 11,400 brm2. Suitability requirements for procurement are described in Appendix 4 Suitability requirements and selection criteria as well as in the ESPD. The detailed content of the procurement and the comparison criteria are described in the preliminary tender documents attached to the contract notice. The supporting documents can be found on the Tender Service page of the publication by clicking on the link provided in the section "Appendices and links". The procurement procedure is a negotiated procedure and the criterion of the best value for money is the best price-quality ratio. The subscriber is prepared to reduce the number of candidates on the basis of selection criteria based on characteristics exceeding the minimum technical performance requirements, as set out in Annex 4 Suitability requirements and selection criteria.
