Description

The market concerns the maintenance of software solutions dedicated to managing the life cycle of nuclear sites in operational conditions, as well as the implementation of developments to meet users’ expectations in order to increase the quality and performance of our products.
The V5 generation solutions in place are Catia, Delmia, Simulia (Abaqus), Q-Checker and SmarTeam in Windows and Linux environments.
These tools are in production in 4 of the 5 CEA/REC centres: Cesta (near Bordeaux), Ripault (near Tours), Valducs (near Dijon) and DAM Ile de France (near Arpajon).
At the fifth CEA/DAM centre, Gramat (Midi Pyrénées), this involves keeping CFAO Autodesk and Inventor solutions in operational conditions. Such software is not covered by this contract.
On-site services will be carried out at all the CEA/DAM centres, including Gramat.
The tender specifications shall include:
— maintaining business cohesion and tools between mechanical, computing, manufacturing and control firms,
— maintaining the dedicated machinery and software stock in operational conditions, supporting and providing technical assistance to users and computer units,
— technological monitoring for the choice of new versions of software, and the installation of these new versions/migration, (release),
— support for the harmonisation of design rules (CATIA) in order to facilitate integration with other Simulia and Delmia applications,
— training users in software solutions and the associated methodology (best practices),
— the achievement of the developments requested by the CEA-DAM and,
— preparing the transition from current V5 software solutions to the new generation V6.
