Description

1.The subject matter of the procedure and the contract is the selection of the Contractor for the supply of medical equipment for the purposes of the Centre for Innovative Medical Education of the Jagiellonian University – CM in Kraków, respectively, for one to seven lots. The scope of the contract covers, inter alia, the purchase, supply of equipment and equipment, hereinafter referred to as equipment, unloading, laying, installation, installation, assembly, calibration, a detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract setting out the technical parameters and requirements, or their maximum or minimum ranges or other necessary characteristics, and the technical parameters listed in the evaluation and comparison criterion for tenders are set out in Annexes A, B, C, D, E, F, G to the Tender Form forming an integral part of the tender specifications, respectively for one to seven lots of the contract.
